How payments work
The same for every ClearMakes product.
Paddle handles every payment
Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. You pay Paddle, and "Paddle" appears on your bank statement. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
Ways to pay
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local methods in some countries. The checkout shows the ones available where you are.
Your price, with tax, before you pay
Prices here are in US dollars. The checkout shows your local currency and any sales tax or VAT before you confirm. Businesses can add their tax number.
Monthly or yearly
Pay each month, or once a year for less: ClearMeet saves 20%, Inbox and Agents give two months free. Plans renew by themselves until you cancel.
Switch or cancel any time
Change plans or cancel from the product's settings. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for.
Receipts and refunds
A receipt reaches your email after every payment. Refunds follow our refund policy. Billing questions: billing@clearmakes.com.
Questions
Do I need a separate plan for each product?
Yes. Each product has its own plans, and you only pay for the ones you use. Every product also has a free plan.
Is paying safe?
Yes. The checkout is run by Paddle, a payment company used by thousands of software businesses. Your card details go straight to Paddle; ClearMakes never sees or stores them.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your company name, address and tax number in the checkout; they appear on the invoice Paddle emails you. For Inbox Enterprise we can also invoice by bank transfer.
What happens when I cancel?
Nothing changes until the end of the time you paid for. Then the product moves you to its free plan, and your data stays.
I got a payment link from ClearMakes. Is it real?
Our payment links open on clearmakes.com/pay and show the Paddle checkout. If anything looks wrong, write to billing@clearmakes.com before you pay.
