    2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. Our security architecture is designed to protect your data, provided you maintain account confidentiality.

    3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit and your use of connected third-partyplatform integrations. You agree to comply with all terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Slack, Notion, HubSpot) linked with ClearMakes.

AI output. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything a workflow or Smart FAQ writes or sends in your name.

    5. Plans, Payments and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a paid plan of any ClearMakes product (ClearMakes Inbox, ClearMeet or ClearMakes Agents), you pay Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as you choose at checkout. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on ourpricing page (and, for every product,clearmakes.com/pay) in US dollars; the checkout shows your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT before you pay. If a price changes, we tell you before your next renewal.

You can switch plans or cancel at any time from the product's settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Refunds follow ourRefund Policy. Billing questions:billing@clearmakes.com.

ClearMakes Inbox limits. Each plan includes the connected apps, new workflows a month, steps per workflow, workflow runs a month and Smart FAQ answers shown on the pricing page. When a limit is reached, the app says which one and offers an upgrade; nothing you already have is removed. When a month's workflow runs are used up, workflows wait until the next month or an upgrade.

When a paid plan ends. If you cancel, or a payment still fails after Paddle's retries, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the time you paid for. While Paddle is retrying a payment, your plan keeps working. Nothing is deleted: your workflows, connected apps and answers are kept, and the Free plan's limits apply to anything new. Upgrade any time to have everything again. Each product's own terms say what its Free plan keeps.

    Invite a friend.

    • Every account has an invite link (Settings, then Invite a friend). When someone signs up for ClearMakes Inbox through your link and pays for a plan, you each get one free month.
    • A friend counts once, if they are new to ClearMakes (their account was made in the last 7 days when they open your link) and pay within 60 days.
    • We add the free months 14 days after your friend's first payment, if it wasn't refunded and their plan is still on.
    • A free month means your next payment moves one month later, with nothing charged for that month. It works the same on monthly and yearly plans. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged or given to someone else.
    • On the Free plan, or on a plan that can't take it right now (being cancelled, or a payment failing)? Your month waits and is added once you have a paid plan.
    • Enterprise plans (paid per seat) don't get free months. A friend who buys one still counts for you.
    • You can earn up to 3 free months a month and 12 a year. Your friends still get theirs after that.
    • Not allowed: inviting yourself (another account, another email or the same card), fake accounts, sending your link to people who didn't ask for it, or paid ads using our name. We don't give, or we take back, months gained this way.
    • We never show you who your friends are, only how many joined.
    • We may change or end this offer. We'll say so on this page first, and months you have already earned are kept.

    6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of ClearMakes and its licensors. Our trademarks and software architecture may not be used without prior written consent.

    7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

    8. Limitation of Liability

ClearMakes, its directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

    9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of India.
