Machine Learning Engineer

Improve the AI steps inside ClearMakes workflows and Smart FAQ, such as summarising a message, drafting a reply and pulling out details. Test and measure how well they work.

Requirements: Experience with LLMs, NLP pipelines, Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, production ML systems.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Own the deployment pipeline, monitoring, and scaling of ClearMakes's cloud infrastructure on GCP. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage containers, and keep the services that run workflows reliable.

Requirements: GCP/AWS experience, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring tools.

Product Manager

Define the roadmap for ClearMakes Workflows, Apps and Smart FAQ. Work with engineering and design to ship updates that make everyday work easier for our users.

Requirements: 3+ years product management, B2B SaaS experience, strong analytical and communication skills.

UI/UX Designer

Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces for ClearMakes's web and mobile experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that balance aesthetics with usability across complex, multi-pane workflow tools.

Requirements: Figma proficiency, experience with design systems, portfolio of shipped B2B/SaaS products.

SecurityRemote

Security Engineer

Help keep ClearMakes and our users' data safe. Run security testing, review our Sub-processor Guidelines, and help us handle data protection requests.

Requirements: Experience with application security, encryption, OAuth/OIDC, data protection law (such as GDPR), penetration testing.
