The apps your workflows can use
Connect the apps your messages arrive in and the apps where the work goes next. Each one takes a sign-in, and you can disconnect it at any time.

What is a ClearMakes Inbox integration?
A ClearMakes Inbox integration is an app you connect so your workflows can use it: Gmail or Outlook to read new emails, Slack or Teams to post messages, HubSpot or Notion to record what arrived. You sign in to each app through Composio, our integration provider. The free plan connects three apps.
The apps people connect most
Most workflows start in Gmail, Outlook, Slack or Teams and finish in Slack, Teams, HubSpot or Notion. Each app below has its own page.
GmailStart a workflow when an email arrives; reply, draft, label or pass it on.
OutlookThe same for Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
SlackPost to channels and people, or start a workflow from a Slack message.
Microsoft TeamsPost to Teams channels, or start a workflow from a Teams message.
HubSpotCreate and update contacts from the emails that arrive.
NotionAdd pages and notes from messages, with the details pulled out.
Beyond these, the Apps page inside Inbox lists thousands more, by category or by search: Google Sheets, Linear, Asana, Jira and many others. A workflow step can do anything the connected app allows.
Set-up guides for each pair of apps

Your own tools: an MCP server or an HTTP endpoint
If your company has its own system, a workflow can call it. Add an MCP server and its tools appear in Inbox, or describe an HTTP endpoint once.
- MCP server: Inbox finds its tools, so adding a tool on your server adds it in Inbox.
- HTTP endpoint: describe it once, with placeholders for the parts that change.
- Both refuse private network addresses, and your keys are stored encrypted and never shown back on the page.
How connecting works, and your data
You sign in to each app with its own login; ClearMakes never sees your password. Inbox reads only what your workflows need and sends only what they say to send.
- You grant each app's permissions on that app's own sign-in screen.
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
- Disconnect any app from the Apps page at any time.
